I dont know how to say this without being hard.Just take this as a explanation about my thoughts.

The trainers are totally useless.Theres no point they are in that place.The limited time its so short.The pokes in the grass are so lvld.If u dont go carefully be prepared to use revives and superpotions like crazy.

 

I see some options to check this without quit the zone.Quit the trainers i think should be instant.

 

 

-Give more time like 1 hour with 8000 prize and dont change lvls pokes in grass.

-Down the prize to 4000 with same lvls pokes and 30min time.

-30min time,pokes 5/10lvl and 5500.
