If i have 3 accounts to pvp within 1 season,and none of them are in the top 25. 

Will I receive punishment for this, or how can I reset the PVP points of an account

As you can read in the screenshot, you're limited to only 2 accounts at all times. This means, that you can only use 2 accounts for both Ranked PvP and Ranked Randoms PvP in any server. The moment a 3rd account is used, even if not within the top 50 or in the other server, already gives ground for punishment which ranges from PvP Bans, Temporary Ban, and Permanent Ban in the worst cases.

 

In short, no. You cannot use 3 accounts to PvP in any season, even if none of them are in the top 25.

And yes, you can receive punishments for this, and it's not possible to reset your rating unless done so due to punishment.

ban 3 account temporary? how can i solve it.........

Or can we directly clear the ranking scores of three accounts to avoid punishment....... xd

You're not able to modify or reset your rating in any way, only moderators and above can. Did you by chance or coincidence do pvp with more than 2 accounts?
