Two time in the game, according to what I know, a trainer that I fought didn't give me any experience. I don't know if it's on purpose, but it's a little bit frustrating because it was hard combats for me pokemons and they don't have any reward. It was the Scientist in the Mt. Moon who fought for the fossils and Jackson in the SS. Anne. Have a good day everyone. Anne). But, thank you, because now I understand more. With all the interruptions of the server it's normal so it can happen. I know now that's not an omission of the developpers.
