Dungeon score shadow access question on in game pop up.

this season I had decided to step out of my PVP only based guild, can go a different route to finally try out some of the shadow hunting.

 

I did not complete or get any score with a previous guild in any dungeon this current season.  
 

I got this pop-up message when doing lavender and pinkin both.  
 

My question is will I get denied shadow access for August season?  Or does this pop-up strictly mean that they cannot use my score towards their best since I joined in the middle of the season?      I did the run after this message and still got clear rewards.   (The guild is top 3  and has access)
