My friend can't post on the forum. He can't post anything and he needs to take care of a personal matter.

I apologize for the delayed response. 

It is important to make sure that your friend @L7ckis logged into the forums page and not just viaiting it. Your friend would need to log in using the same player account and password that they use to play the game with.

Good afternoon! No problem regarding the delay, he really can't make any posts and he's not a visitor. Would it be possible for you or even yourself to contact him via DM? He's an old PRO player and even without a solution to this problem, he's been playing the game for years! Try to contact him, he hasn't been able to make contact and this has been going on for months now.

Can you provide screen shots of what your friend sees, and perhaps show that he is logged in properly aswell too?

Hey @Jhonvga, I apologize for the delayed response. Your videos have been hidden for your own privacy of information. 

Our systems show that the two accounts in the video have been banned, and it shows you when you are trying to log in, why they have been banned.

These aren't my accounts, they're my friend's. He says he's already opened a post. But can I open one for him too? Or can only he resolve this issue?

 

Only they can resolve this. Other players infractions are between them and staff alone. 

I apologize for the inconvenience but If your friend has put in an appeal and is waiting, please be patient as staff as a whole is understaffed, and each staff member has many responsibilities to which they cater. This is after all a voluntary role and staff members have their own responsibilities outside of the game which include but are not limited to jobs, family, children, their own free time and availability, and time zone differences. 

With all of this being said, I will now lock this thread and consider it to be resolved and your friend can wait to hear back from appeals.
