my progress was erased

Hello, good morning, afternoon, or evening. I had an account with this nickname 9 years ago. And 6 years ago, I wanted to play with it again, and everything was deleted, and I had my account back at the beginning of the game. I don't know for sure what I did to get it deleted. I just want to apologize and see if you can give it back to me so I can enjoy your game again. Thanks in advance for reading.

I apologize for the late response. Unfortunately there are some discrepancies with your account you wish to bring back from years ago. Our systems show that you have a ban placed on your Red Server account that happened before the merge of swrvers was applied to the game. What this means is that you will need to appeal the ban in General Complaint Area. If the appeal is successful then you can move forward to a server merge of Red and Blue and continue on your old account.
