It is both the auctioneer and the bidder's responsibility to meet and complete the trade. Forced trades are meant to resolve situations where players genuinely cannot trade, not for the sake of convenience. If you have reached out, and both agreed that you have trouble meeting up due to certain factors or tried multiple times but can't get in contact with the player, please show evidence when requesting the forced trade.
