I have no idea why, accounts have over 4 badges and I always write the username correctly. I tested same thing on gold between my two accounts and mailing works on gold server between the accounts. But I was confused when I tried same on silver server and it keeps showing that, no matter what I tried to mail. First I thought it was because of badges, but now it cannot be that reason either. So the accounts are Mirazzea and Frozelia. On both I tested the mailing on gold and silver server users of mine. If this with addition of the new season being updated does not fix the problem, try to uninstall the client and reinstall.
