There are guidelines that stipulate the chat that is used within this game and usernames. If you wouldn't consider the phrase or word "PG" rated, it would technically be against the rules as many people play this game, including children of various ages. 

With that being said, interpretation is another aspect of phrasing. "Balls on the ground" in my interpretation could mean "Pokéballs on the ground".

If you feel you need to change your username for any reason you can do so in the PRO Player Dashboard for a fee of 500 coins.
