So this encountered on the Red server..

 

Blue server had just crashed, and I went to the Red server to wait on blue's downtime. I was in a middle of a trainer fight when the crash happened and I went into red, encountered a wild pokemon and this happened

The game thought I was still in a trainer battle despite switching servers and encountering the wild psyduck
