While it may be an adventage for you when every player would get rewarded it is definitely not intented for activities like the world quest. Not everyone is meant to get a reward as exclusivity for certain things is an important factor in PRO. The world quest is meant to be a very special event where you may have to invest a lot of time and if you fail you can always try on the next one. The starting times for world quests also change to cover as most timezones as possible and if one does not work out for you there is always the next one. Regarding the rewards and the usage of Mysterious Tickets there may be some changes in the future.
