It shouldnt be since Froslass is an ghost type pokemon.

Do you have screenshots of when it happened? I already used Froslass and couldn't detect something strange there

Are you sure you weren't using a Pokemon with scrappy? if yes, can you tell the Pokemon which hit Frosslass with Tackle?
