Redeem Coupon Rules

Hello everyone,

recently there were intoduced redeem coupons in the game, and at the moment there are no rules about them.

I think rules should be added, cause people maybe abuse the fact we don't have any.

I do not know how they are planned to happen, since there are multiple ways to get a redeem coupon (announcements, streams),

but maybe someone wants to sell a coupon that they won on a stream, and since that stream is something that multiple people participate, 

I believe it would be unfair for someone to later sell the coupon they won.

I think it should be "locked" to the person who won it and they can have the choice to use it on their main or alt.

Also someone maybe mischievous and sell a fake coupon, or try to sell the coupon from the announcements, which is free for everyone. 

I do not know how you see this and whether you agree or not, but nonetheless I think there should be rules about that.
