Well i dont know what i should consider this, a bug, a hack, coincidence, im not sure.

 

So a few days back someone found a shiny pidgey with IV's: 30,30,28,27,27,27 in that order, then today someone cought a seel with the SAME EXACT IV's and Nature, 30,30,28,27,27,27, i really really doubt this was coincidence, so its either a bug with the system or someone is abusing some glitch, or its a hack of some sort...

 

I think you should look into this further.
