EV Safari ticket from PvP and Rare candy

I have a hard time of traing my Pokemon and it cost money for easier way. I didn't play the normal PvP yet because it's quite hard to find a good one and train them. I only play Random PvP and the rewards like move tutor or reroll I don't think it's a good benefit to me. But I know PvP it's a endgame content so I just want a good way to me for training my Pokemon. Hope someone see my toptic and give me any suggestions Thank You
