Currently, there’s no way to change a guild’s name without creating a new one, which can be time-consuming and disruptive. Adding an NPC in the Guild House that allows the guild leader to change the guild name would solve this issue, saving time and avoiding the hassle of re-inviting members.

There is guild rename megathread for renaming the guild but it would many days even months for reply so kinda agree in this suggestion

That thread is closed now. You can't change your guild name at all.
