adding a npc in guild house that allows the Guild Ladder to change guild name

Currently, there’s no way to change a guild’s name without creating a new one, which can be time-consuming and disruptive. Adding an NPC in the Guild House that allows the guild leader to change the guild name would solve this issue, saving time and avoiding the hassle of re-inviting members.
