With @Sowilo bid placed at 23/11 8:00AM GMT 0, the end point was postponed (via 15m rule) to 8:15AM. @Jackie12345678 1.1m was placed at 23/11 8:21AM GMT 0, therefore, invalid. @Mavywavy Please make sure to trade with the rightful winner and place a screenshot as evidence here.
