Old case still "bugged"

Hello to whoever gets to read this. I want to adress an older case, something walrosskastanie is aware of. Spoke with him in shiny discord group. Perhaps it slipped past him to fix it. He told me he knew what causes it, and could enable in the next client. But year later, still hasnt fixed it unfortunaly. It is about this: 

 

 

As you can see, i have the christmas skin zoroark, which u could obtain in 2023 xmas event. The chroma pallets allows you to get either variant skin of zoroark. HOWEVER, as for me.. It dont. All my zoroa pallets only changes colour of the first skin, i cant grab the 2nd variant. Which i like way more. And i have trouble accepting settling not getting the 2nd variant XD.

 

I have been very patient, this goes for long time. And im sure walross is very busy, but considering the fact he responded to me he can easily enable this within a fragment of time, i thought lets do a report. And hope this reaches him another time. If i was still in the discord group, i would tag him. But i left early this year due personal life issues.

PS: Want to mention, maybe helpful: It changed since Painter Fabio in department stores way of changing chroma, towards inventory click system. Thats where the zoroark skin got a code "disabled?" cuz with fabio u could click the skin u wanted that was listed. Now its not. Maybe thats the part Walross could easily enable when he responded to me.
