Xmas Ditto (imposter fix)

I would like to suggest a very simple, but would be an amazing fix to Xmas ditto form.    
 

The shiny version makes whatever copies shiny as well…   
 

Would it be possible to make ditto transforming into the Christmas holiday version of a Pokémon if that Pokémon has that version available?
 

   That would make it much simpler than trying to do all the holidays…..  only transforming into the holiday version if one is available in dex.
