Appeal Ban Decision

Hi team,

 

I just logged in to the game, check box in the pc, the game seemed to be laggy and I got banned for 5 mins. Then, I came back do surfing for pkm hunting and got another ban for 30 mins with the warning of pernament ban. I am not sure what is the issue and how I can avoid this matter. I am a genuine player and really want to appeal this ban to keep my account safe. Also, please let me know how can I avoid this situation in future. My in-game account name is 'Bubbleprincess' in Silver server.
