Tundra Hoot Hoot! Noctowl will be made sooner or later! And why, yes, there are pinkish hearts that you see behind Hoot Hoot!

Dex Entry: A Hoot Hoot species that was forced to evolve in order to live in very cold and harsh climates. It also learned to covet others to get what it wants due to its habitual lazy nature but not without giving or doing something in return, especially when it gets what it really wanted. It also developed ice powers alongside a new ice typing. It's even speculated by researchers that this Tundra species might've been around since the ice ages but has never been seen due to the Hoot Hoot's selective habitat that it was forced to survive in.
