Unable to verify device to load the game

So I just created my account and was able to log into the dashboard to verify my login details but whenever I try to verify the device to actually create a character, the page is greyed out and the game keeps saying to verify the device for first time login. what should I do to fix? I tried different browsers, clearing cache, using mobile data, restarting my devices. I am at a loss.
