Hello PRO Moderators / Support Team,

 

I would like to request help regarding a trade issue.

 

I provided level-up and EV training services for a player named @Herigod in Pokemon Revolution Online. The Pokémon was successfully trained as agreed (level increased and EVs done), but unfortunately the player has been offline for many days now and the trade/payment could not be completed.

 

Details:

Service provided: Level up + EV training

Pokémon: Tinkatink (as shown in screenshot)

Current Level: 97

EVs trained: 252 ATK / 252 SPD (as visible)

Player name: @Herigod

My IGN: @Loda360

Server: Silver

 

I have attached screenshot proof of the Pokémon after training. As I don't have the trade screenshot, and I'm very sorry for this kind of behaviour.

 

Since the player has been inactive and I cannot complete the trade, I would like to ask:

  • Is there any way staff can contact the player?
  • Is there any official way to resolve this kind of service-trade issue?
  • What should I do next in this situation?

 

I am not trying to cause any issue; I just want guidance on how to handle this fairly.
