If you check allow game pad with a controller plugged in your character will uncontrollably move to the left and no buttons will work as an interact key. (even keyboard keys stop working while allow game pad is active.)

 

This is extremely frustrating as playing pokemon with a keyboard and mouse is not the most comfortable experience.

 

Hope this gets looked at.

Shane doesn't have a controller to fix this, but try using Xpadder as it helped most of the players who use controllers.
