Request for Account Recovery and Email Update

I would like to provide additional information to support my account recovery request:

• Pokémon traded: Thanhduy5112016 previously traded a Gyarados to me.
• Other Pokémon/items: I have a hat similar to a Straw Hat.
• Achievements: I have defeated 16 gyms.

Regarding account access, I still remember my password, but I no longer have access to the old email associated with the account.

I would like to request updating the account email from [email protected] to [email protected]

I understand the importance of account security and I am willing to provide any further details necessary to verify my ownership.
