Need Help With Old Account / Server Merge (Red & Blue) - Lost Character

Hello,

I used to play Pokemon Revolution Online back in 2017. After some time, I took a long break from the game.

When I logged in again later, I could not see my old account/character anymore, so I thought my account had been deleted or lost. Because of that, I created another character on the same account and started playing again.

Now I recently noticed that there is a server merge system on the dashboard, and I saw something related to Red and Blue servers. From what I understand, there may have been a merge that needed to be done between the main account and the other server, but I am not completely sure how it works.

At the moment, when I log in, I can only see the new character I created later, and I do not know what I should do to recover or link my old character/account data.

Could a moderator or staff member please help me understand:

1. Whether my old character/account might still exist
2. Whether I need to complete a merge between Red and Blue
3. How I can recover my old main character if possible
