Request for tips - Pokemon check

Hi, I've returned to the game after a few years and need some advice from experienced players. I have absolutely no idea how the Pokémon market works these days, what's good in PvP/PvE, and what's not, so I thought it would be easiest to ask someone. Could someone honestly evaluate my old Pokémon and tell me which movesets, natures, EVs are poorly distributed, etc.? I'm looking for suggestions on which of the following Pokémon would be suitable for PvP, thx for every advice

Welcome back! It's great to see you getting back into it. Gardevoir is still a solid choice for PvP, especially with the right nature and moveset. Omastar can work well too depending on the format. If you share the full stats and movesets, the community here can give you much more specific advice. Good luck with your team!
