Request for Account Email Recovery Assistance

Hello Pokémon Revolution Online Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am trying to recover access to my Pokémon Revolution Online account, but I no longer have access to the email address linked to it. The email belonged to my mother, and unfortunately she lost access to it a long time ago.

At the moment, the account requires email confirmation/verification, and I cannot complete it because I no longer have access to that email account.

I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to recover the account or change the registered email address to a new one that I currently use.

I can provide any information necessary to verify ownership of the account, such as:

Username
Previous passwords
Approximate account creation date
Character names
Any other details you may need
