I'm fairly new to the game so wanted a ballpark figure for what something like this Diglett would be worth?

It has an incorrect nature. Jolly is preferred over sassy for dugtrio. 

It also has a banned ability for PvP in arena trap further lowering its value.

 

That being said, Dugtrio is a Pokémon you can use for bossing and you could train this one for that purpose, but it's value would be in the training, not the underlying Pokémon.

 

31*3 is pretty cool, if poke was adamant or jolly it would have some value.

@Lebongjamesif you're uncertain search the Pokémon on 'smogon' and flick through different eras for different possibilities. Smogon meta is not Pro meta but there is a lot of overlap.
