Can I create another account?

Hello!
I would like to know if I am allowed to make another account for myself. I have 3 active accounts in which I played the past week and will keep on playing, but I also have another account that was permanently banned a year ago, therefore I won't be playing in that account anymore. My question is whether I can make myself another account to have a maximum of 4 accounts to play with, or if making a new one will count as 5 total accounts, getting me in trouble. I tried looking for an answer in the rules of the game, but there is nothing about banned accounts in the rule of multiple accounts. I wanted to get an official answer from the staff to make sure I'm not breaking any rules. Don't bother staff will just wrongfully ban you eventually, you're better off to go check out pokemmo where the staff atleast operate with a sense of decency and honor lmao
