So I stupidly evolved my Shellder without teaching it Icicle Spear and it can't relearn it as a Cloyster. Am I just screwed or is there a way to relearn pre-evolution moves?

From what I've seen, I don't think there's a Pre-Evo Move Tutor in the game. Could be wrong, but I think there's only normal Move Tutors. There's a Move Relearner in Saffron called "Move Buffet" or something, but not sure if that will work.
