On which server issue happened: BLUE

 

What have you done before the problem was there?

I got my first pokemon (charmander) fought the one with the eevee and picked up the oran berries

Well..When I picked up the berries the game froze for 10 minutes~ then I closed it..

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to reconnect many times and the login screen just stuck there for some minutes and then I tried again

I did redownload the game but there was no change at all..

I can connect on the red server though like nothing happened

Players usually get stuck if the server is about to crash - server's bandwidth is exceeded to its maximum. Try to close your client completely and relog to avoid your problem. You can also try to hit ALT + TAB, if you character still can't move. Also, try to avoid talking to NPCs or even berries, simply avoid any interaction at this state. You can still hunt Pokemon, for instance.
