Need Clarification on Merge Process (Old 2017 Account Detected)

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the server transfer system.

I wanted to switch from the Gold server to Silver, but the game tells me that I need to merge my accounts first.

However, when I try to merge, the system shows information from an old account from 2017. I'm worried that proceeding with the merge could overwrite or replace my current account, which I actively use.

Ideally, I would like to keep both accounts: my old 2017 account and my current account.

Could someone from the staff please clarify:

• Will merging overwrite my current account?

• Is there a way to transfer/switch servers without losing either account?

• What would be the safest option in my situation?
