I had an old account since it was red/blue server and stopped playing shortly after it switched to Silver/Gold. I remember the login ID but when I requested a password change I realized that it went to an old email address that I lost access to after getting a new phone.

Is there any way to help recover my old account? I know I had things like surf mount, sylveon mount, and had completed nearly all of the regions (I believe I was in Sinnoh or getting through Johto).
