I was speaking to my friend in private message when someone claiming to be a staff member messaged me telling me to watch my language. Not having spoken in the main chat for about 4 hours I assumed this was a troll or potentially a scammer. Eventually they mute banned me even though I was not rude or using offensive language with them for 3 days? Now I can't speak to my friends in private message or even tell them that im muted and not just ignoring them??? What have you already tried to solve the problem?
