What have you done before the problem was there?

I was speaking to my friend in private message when someone claiming to be a staff member messaged me telling me to watch my language. Not having spoken in the main chat for about 4 hours I assumed this was a troll or potentially a scammer. Eventually they mute banned me even though I was not rude or using offensive language with them for 3 days? Now I can't speak to my friends in private message or even tell them that im muted and not just ignoring them???

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

My name in game is "bernieorbust" i don't know why it got cut off.

Also I was muted for 3 days. I dont understand. He said this was a warning, have I just been muted for THREE DAYS because I didn't believe he was staff and challenged his authority??
