Original suggestion: Mods that understand the rules will stop harassing the community. Make the strict rules more accessible

What would change: Mods who are familiar with the rules and policies will correctly cite and enforce them instead of bothering rule abiding members.

What to do: Have them read the rules. Punish mods who abuse admin by creating a more reliable reporting system. Instruct mods if they do not like the 100% legal posts or discussions to instead add the member to their ignore list and take it out on a pillow instead.

Have the rules 1 click away in game since they are so strict. Nothing wrong with strict rules, everything wrong when mods do not know them

Pros and cons

Pros mods will not waste time on normal conversations.

Cons: mods will not be able to make the conversations or posts about them.
