Why my tyrogue didn't evolve in hitmontop even though that the attack and defense are equal - both 29 the I used rare candy to lvl up again and still it still evolving to hitmonchan

I alread used lots of protein I even EV train it cause I dont want to use my money to but Vitamins

Hello, the reason it didnt evolve is because you dont have the same atk and def, as stated by bulbapedia, Hitmontop need to be same atk and def to evolve.

You will require to add some atk EVs to get 30 in atk and it will evolve.
