What have you done before the problem was there?

I've beat every trainer on the ship and talked to everyone, even twice. I was fighting with the guys in the "gym" on the ship (fighting type pokemon) and then the server went down. I lost a fight with a trainer (I won the duel, but the game closed and it backed my progress) and could repeat it.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I talked to everyone on the ship, twice or even thrice.

I can't get to SS. Anne captain, I can leave the ship, though. I don't have HM Cut, because the captain gives it and the guard there doesn't let me pass through. I completely can't do anything now.

they sent u to ballroom to talk to blissey -_- guess u didnt do that.. there are even guides on forum about ss anne

I don't even have any Blissey there.

When you get to the ballroom, go to the left, up the stairs and left again past the family eating.. then go down the long road untill you encounter a pink pokemon. Talk to it and it will give you a potion. Make sure you speak to the doctor guy in the cabin on the 2nd floor furthest to the right first. He has an Kadabra in his room.

Nothing happens even when I talk to this doctor and his Kadabra. The Blissey should appear right under those 5 people sitting in the table (going straight down on the blue carpet), but there's nothing. I can even record it if it'll be needed.
