What have you done before the problem was there?

Hey, i bought coins in the shop to purchase an ms Medallion. After i got this, i used it and then the server chrashed. After getting back Online the MS status was gone. Can u help me pls??

did you check if the medalion remained in your bag? You might have been hit by a rollback, but the item itself could remain in your bag. Also check your coins, you might have 100 coins again!

Make sure to add anything that verifies the payment. Adding screenshots of your inventory and your amount of coins will help aswell.

 

Also review the server you've been playing on, you ordered the coins on PRO Blue and moved on to PRO Red perhaps?
