Most likely the server was having bandwidth shortage at that time, which caused NPC deadlocks. Please try again and give us your updates :)

yea i have just started that quest to unlock the teleporter, and froze at the entrance while he is geting jumped by aqua and magma.

Yes I am having the same problem. It isn't the server, but the npc. I am able to talk to every npc and object in the area, but with I try talking with Wattson I am unable to move and have to relog. Could someone please check up on this problem?
