hello guys.. i want ask about permit in hoenn? where can i buy it,so bad i cannot find anything info about this...Help me please

To enter hoenn you must get a rattata lvl 100 with your OT. Then pass the victory road to indigo plateau where you battle boss joey which has x6 lvl 120 rattata. Once you defeat it you will be able to go to hoenn.

Just a question, will the rattata quest disapear soon?, or will it never disapear?

I doubt that they would remove rattata quest as requirement to enter Hoenn zone. Since many people invested in requirements they wouldn't stay pleased with such decision.

Leveling a rattata is quiet easy it took me just 30mins or so, if u need help carlHo (i think) made a quick guide about the best method to train it to lv100.

 

(dont buy one it needs to be ur's)

Why should it disappear? It's a requirement to be able to enter Hoenn. There is no point in adding a condition like that if we removed it after a few days.
