What have you done before the problem was there?

followed instructions on FAQ and still am having issue, Do i have to donate in order to play the game? i just got pokemon and it froze. now i cant login into any of the servers, both say they are online.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

yes, went through everything, even did a re download, cant connect via android either
