after talking to watson in the power plant he told me to go inside and defeat the team magma/aqua members so i went in and there wernt any members at all. so i had my friend go there and look and he was able to battle them and finish the quest line. im wonder why i cant ive beat the pokemon league ive tried everything and its been 2 days now

I think I also got this bug. I checked new mauvile out before fortree. That might have glitched it when I left after the first battle...

 

When I try to re enter wastin says he has more info to relay me but I can't see him
