so yesterday i started playing from hoenn magma hideout till beating the 8th gym - appearently there was a bug where i could get to sootopolis city without ever receiving hm dive and i got stuck in this city cause you need dive to leave and or enter it.

 

i told an very nice GM about my problem and he sent me an admin. so far so good.

 

the first thing this admin said was: why did you bypass a blocker by reloging?

 

dear admin, first of all- HELLO! i know that your busy since hoenn release but still ur offering customer service and as a customer at least i can ask for a proper greeting instead of an wrong and unfounded accusation of bugabusing. its well known that there are many problems with the update so dont put this on me i regularly played through the story!

 

second thing:

 

so at least you tried to help without asking any further question on how it happened - couldnt have answered anyway - but you rolled me back 3 hours basically stole my time but i took it, whatever.

well guess what... the game is even more buged for me now. i have pokemon i shouldnt be able to use. cant swap them, cant put them into storage nor can i get my hoenn pkmn.

with the rollback you took my 8th badge and since ive already beaten the trainers and gym leaders.... i CANT duell them again so im basically stuck again.

 

in the end, reporting this bug in an fluke of responsibility, it just made me suffer while getting talked down to.

 

and no its still not working im still traped in this cursed city unable to get the 8th badge and continue with the game.
