I tried to reinstall the game like twice but nothing works :'(

I have a blackscreen when I start the game from my shortcut,

There is like a solution its when I extract it or start the game from my winrar then I have no blackscreen.

It happend to me once when I tried to change my resolution settings , but then I switched to full screen and it got fixed.
