After defeating the first badge i need to save the wingull for the old man, i should to talk to the Devons corp. President ( Mr. Stone)

 

he is just saying me, iam the Director of this place and iam rich too, went to the second Gym and the guard infront says something weirdo is in cave. I found steven he is looking for something and nothing happens. I tryed it 2 times after it ( talking with all of these 3 Npc´s ) but still nothing happens.

I think you have to speak with the Scientist outside of the Gym and then enter the Devon corporation and talk to Mr. Stone
