I have give 16 spatk ev berries to my pokemon, then i see that spatk ev become 0 , then i logout the game to do other things, when i login again the game, my pokemon spatk ev back to 151 and my spatk berries is disappear. how can i solve that?? :Angry:

I am having this same issue so i reported that its a bug.

That was a rollback, you can't do anything to solve that beside buy/get new berries. Last week I used a TM on my Pokémon and the server crashed, I lost the MT but he didn't learn the MT, your problem was the same :(

this happens even when i log out to try and save the progress.

so do i roll back everytime i log out also?

I'm not sure but maybe since the server has a delay...
