What have you done before the problem was there?

I was in game and talking with a friend(his name will be known to the gm who will help me)

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I post 2 times at general support and 1 at the appeal but noone help me with my issue

For God's sake can someone say why I was banned when I was in game and talking with a trainer in Dragon's Den?
